The 4th Annual Holiday Dinner at the cozy Via Italia in Encinitas was a great way to kick off the December festivities. A special menu was served with unique wine pairings for each course personally selected by owner Paolo Pedrazzani.  Those who attended were delighted with regional specialties, handmade salamis, in-house crafted pasta and fresh baked desserts.  In true Slow Food tradition, the dinner at Via Italia was not only about fresh cuisine, it was about also about warmth, friendship and fun.  'Twas the season to be convivial!

The holiday dinner captured the true spirit of conviviality
